There shall be a fee of $250.00 charged for any taps or new service into the sanitary sewer system. On a parcel where a second tap is placed for the owner's convenience, the second tap fee shall be $250.00 or actual costs of the second tap, whichever is greater. The Sanitary Board shall establish procedures for the tap application in accordance with rules and regulations of the West Virginia Public Service Commission. In the event of a property subdivision or development, the tap fee will be $250.00 per lot or tap, paid prior to construction. This tap fee includes inspection of the house lateral.
