The following schedule of rates and services shall be charged for use of the South Charleston Waste Treatment system for domestic sewage. Rates and charges shall be based upon the total flow of wastewater discharged into the system.
There is hereby established a just and equitable rate to be charged by the South Charleston Sanitary Board of the City of South Charleston for transportation and treatment of wastewater of the Green Valley Community Public Service District of $ 3.68 per thousand gallons of wastewater.
If for any reason there is not a current meter reading available during any billing period, then the charge shall be based upon the average of the previous twelve month usage.
