930.4.7 Individual Wastewater Discharge Permit Decisions

The General Manager will evaluate the data furnished by the User and may require additional information. Within ninety (90) days of receipt of a complete permit application, the General Manager will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit . The General Manager may deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit.
