A. The provisions contained in §§ 8-4-4 and 8-4-5 shall not be deemed to apply to the purchase or the sale by junk dealers of rags, bottles, secondhand sacks other than cement sacks, barrels, cans, shoes, lamps, stoves, or household furniture, or the purchase or sale by secondhand dealers of household furniture.
B. Appliances, sewing machines, all musical instruments, typewriters, or other business machines are not exempted from the provisions of this article.
