§ 7-1-7 PERMITS.
   A.   Permits shall be required as associated with the issuance of certificates and collection of fees.
   B.   Exemptions from permit requirements or the issuance of certificates and collection of fees shall be subject to each of the adopted building codes, with certain amendments and its exemptions as adopted in Article 7-1-1 of the Somerton City Code.
