§ 7-1-1  BUILDING REFERENCE CODES.
   The following described documents containing the following described codes are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out herein, as the building code of the city, pursuant to A.R.S. Title 9, Chapter 7, Art. 1, §§  9-801 et seq.:
   A.   International Building Code, 2018 Edition, with Appendices, as published by the International Code Council, and with certain amendments.
   B.   International Residential Code for one and two-family dwellings, 2018 Edition, with Appendices, as published by the International Code Council, and with certain amendments.
   C.   International Existing Building Code, 2018 Edition, with Appendices, as published by the International Code Council, and with certain amendments.
   D.   International Property Maintenance Code, 2018 Edition, with Appendices, as published by the International Code Council, and with certain amendments.
