(b) Evidence of repeated violations of this Building Code or other ordinances shall be sufficient to disqualify the applicant from receiving the certificate of registration.
(c) Should the Chief Building Official determine that a person to whom a certificate of registration has been issued has failed to complete items listed on a temporary occupancy permit for the construction of a residential dwelling, as specified in § 1424.06, within 30 days of the issuance of the temporary occupancy permit, weather permitting, the Chief Building Official shall suspend the registration of the contractor to perform any additional new construction within the city.
