§ 1250.02 STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
   (a)   Streets, including stub-streets, abutting residential lots shall be improved in accordance with the specifications, shall contain all of the appurtenances and shall be in conformity with § 1250.11.
   (b)   Streets, including stub-streets, abutting industrial lots shall be improved in accordance with the specifications, shall contain all of the appurtenances and shall be in conformity with § 1250.12.

   (c)   All streets and roads, principal or secondary, in new subdivisions, constructed in asphaltic cement, in addition to being constructed in conformity with the standards set forth in § 1250.11, shall be sealed by the owner or developer with an asphalt rejuvenation agent that meets the standards and specifications of the City Engineer’s office. These streets and roads shall be sealed with the asphalt rejuvenation agent within one year of the acceptance of the streets by the city or as otherwise directed by the City Engineer. The developer’s maintenance period shall not be deemed to have been successfully completed unless the streets are sealed with the asphalt rejuvenation agent to the acceptance of the City Engineer’s office.
