§ 1250.11 STREET ABUTTING RESIDENTIAL LOTS.
   Where a street abuts on residential lots, the following requirements shall apply.
   (a)   The minimum right-of-way shall be 60 feet in width.
   (b)   There shall be an additional easement 12 feet in width adjacent to each side of the right-of-way to provide for the installation of underground power lines, telephone lines, cable television lines and gas mains.
   (c)   The improved portion of the right-of-way shall consist of an asphalt pavement with concrete combination curbs and gutters and shall have a minimum width of 26 feet between the backs of curbs.
   (d)   Earthwork and subgrade preparations shall be in accordance with ODOT Item 203 and 206.
   (e)   The subbase shall consist of a three-inch layer of ODOT Item 304 limestone, 26 feet in width.
   (f)   Square concrete curbs and gutters shall be in accordance with ODOT Item 609, Type 2 (modified).
   (g)   The asphalt portion of the pavement shall consist of a five and one-half inch base course of ODOT Item 301, a two-inch intermediate course of ODOT Item 448 Type II and a one and one-half inch surface course of ODOT, 448 Type I.
