§ 1042.28 TEMPORARY LIFT STATIONS PROHIBITED.

After the effective date of this section, the City Engineer shall not issue any permit pursuant to § 1042.02 to any person whose sanitary sewer will contain a temporary lift pumping station not required by or in accordance with the city’s Master Sanitary Sewer Plan.
