(a) There is hereby established a special fund, to be known as the Emergency Medical Service Revenue Fund, under the provisions of R.C. § 5705.12.
(b) All revenue derived from the collection for emergency medical service billing either by the city or a collection service will be credited to the Emergency Medical Service Revenue Fund and the revenue shall be used solely for the operational costs and capital purchases related to the provision of emergency medical services provided by the City Fire Department.
