§ 59.012 USE OF WATER.
   (a)   No customer shall permit any water to be taken from the customer's service line before the water meter without prior written permission from the city and an approved backflow preventer.
   (b)   No customer shall permit water to be taken from a fire suppression system for any purpose other than its intended fire suppression use.
