§ 59.010 INSTALLATION.
   (a)   No water system installations shall be accepted by the city until the system has been inspected and passed all city required testing.
   (b)   The initial installation of the city service line from the city main to the curb stop, and the customer service line from the curb stop to the premises being served, will be at the property owner's expense.
