(a) Each premises with a service line connected to the water supply system shall be installed with a curb stop valve or shutoff valve, at least one water meter, and a backflow assembly for that service connection.
(b) Each separate account requiring a separate meter shall be installed with a separate service line from the water supply system.
(c) Notwithstanding the above, existing properties with one service connection, one curb stop, and more than one meter installed prior to November 1, 2016, may continue to receive city water service.
