§ 159.449 MINOR AMENDMENT.

   A fee of $50 shall be charged for the filing of an application for a minor amendment to a planned development district.

§ 159.450 CONDITIONAL USE.

   A fee of $250 shall be charged for filing an application for a conditional use permit in any district. If any use, for which a conditional use permit is required, is commenced prior to the application for a conditional use permit, the application fee shall be double the regular fee.

§ 159.451 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.

   A fee of $250 shall be charged for filing a variance application or an appeal to the zoning board of adjustment.
