Upon application, the public health director may issue a temporary tattoo establishment license to any applicant who has completed and filed an application for a tattoo establishment license and the proposed premises has been investigated by the department. A temporary tattoo establishment does not need to meet the space requirements of a permanent tattoo establishment. The temporary license shall remain in effect for 30 days.
