§ 117.999 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.999.
   (b)   Failure to comply with the provisions of §§ 117.060 through 117.078 shall be a violation of this Code. Violations shall be issued and penalties assessed in accordance with §§ 30.040 through 30.046 of this Code.
