(a) Prior to any mobile food vending permit being issued under the provisions of this subchapter, the applicant shall have all applicable state and city permits and licenses, shall pay a fee of $75, and submit to and pass a background check pursuant to § 117.125.
(b) The primary operator is required to obtain a mobile vending permit for each operating mobile food truck.
(c) Permit shall remain in effect until December 31 of the year of issuance.
(d) Permit fees shall be as follows:
