§ 110.027 LICENSES ISSUED BY PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.
   The following licenses shall be issued by the parks, recreation and forestry department:

Arborist
   Application fee; the fee shall be used to defray the cost of examination and shall not be refunded to an unsuccessful applicant
