§ 76.063 STOP REQUIRED WHEN GRADE CROSSING SIGNAL OPERATING.
   If any person driving a vehicle approaches a railroad grade crossing and a clearly visible or audible signal gives warning of the immediate approach of a railway train or car, he or she shall bring the vehicle to a complete stop within 50 feet but not less than 15 feet from the nearest rail of the railroad and may not proceed until he or she can do so safely.
