§ 76.025 PROHIBITED TURNS AT INTERSECTIONS.
   Except where permitted by signage approved by the city engineer, at any intersection where traffic is controlled by traffic control signals or by a police officer, or where warned by an official traffic control sign displaying the words “no U-turn,” or “no left turn” or “no right turn,” it shall be unlawful for the driver of the vehicle to turn the vehicle at the intersection in a complete circle, or so as to proceed in the opposite direction or to make a left turn or right turn as may be regulated by the sign.
