§ 76.021 RIGHT-TURNING VEHICLE REQUIRED TO KEEP RIGHT.
   Except as otherwise provided in § 76.024, the driver of a vehicle intending to turn to the right at an intersection or into any alley or driveway shall approach the intersection or alley or driveway in the lane for traffic nearest to the righthand side of the highway, and in turning shall keep as closely as practicable to the righthand curb or edge of the highway.
