§ 51.084 NOTICE OF RATE REVIEW.
   The user shall be provided with written annual notice of the sewer use rate and of that portion of the user charge which is attributed to wastewater treatment. The notice shall also be provided to the user after the review of rates described in § 51.083, and shall include the findings and determination of the review.
