(1) The monthly charges are based on mounting the high pressure sodium light on a suitable existing pole and the furnishing of up to 100 feet of service wire.
(2) Where a new pole must be installed, the customer shall make arrangements with the utilities department for payment of the additional facilities and labor costs incurred in the installation.
