§ 39.161 PROBATIONER ENTITLED TO LEAVE FOR MILITARY SERVICE OR FOR UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT WORK.
   An employee or officer who is serving on probation may likewise be granted a leave of absence under the provisions of §§ 39.160 and 39.163.
