All voting members will be appointed to staggered three-year terms and may not serve more than two consecutive full terms. Initially, four members will be appointed to a three-year term, three members appointed to a two-year partial term, and three members appointed to an initial one-year partial term. If a voting member fails to attend two meetings of the board in a calendar year, the voting member’s position may be deemed vacant by majority vote of the remaining board voting members. The mayor will fill any vacancy for the unexpired term of the member vacating the board in the same manner as is required for a regular appointment.
