§ 8-4-1 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOUNDARY. The designated park area, as per current established and surveyed area.
   OFFICER. The Chief of Police or, in his or her absence, the duly designated and acting representative.
   PARKING AREA. The designated parking areas as established on the grounds.   
   VEHICLE. Any conveyance, motorized or self-propelled, either wheeled or tracked.

§ 8-4-2 VEHICLES WITHIN PARK BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   Traffic prohibited; exception. There will be absolutely no vehicular traffic within the boundaries of the park, except as authorized by the Town Council or the Chief of Police.
   (B)   Enforcement. Any police officer of the town shall have the right and power to enforce this chapter.
   (C)   Citation, fine, or vehicle impoundment. Any person observed by any other person, on any vehicle described within this area, shall be subject to a citation, fine, and/or impoundment of vehicle.
   (D)   Complaint to Police Department. Any person observing another person in violation of this chapter may notify the Police Department of the town without signing a complaint unless they so desire.

§ 8-4-3 DAMAGING PROPERTY.
   Anyone destroying, defacing, or damaging in any manner, trees, playground equipment, fences, signs, or any other improvements within the park or on its boundaries will be subject to a citation. The penalty will be as prescribed by this chapter.

§ 8-4-4 VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR.
   Any person found violating the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a general misdemeanor subject to the general provision penalty in § 1-4-1.

§ 8-4-5 HOURS OF PUBLIC USE.
   The times of public use for the following parks shall be posted and enforced, unless otherwise posted or allowed, as follows.
   (A)   Washington Park shall be open to the public between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
   (B)   McCulloch Park shall be open to the public between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
   (C)   Sinclair School Park shall be open to the public between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
