§ 6-3A-11 VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR.
   Unless specific penalties are provided in the section, a violation of any section in this subchapter shall be a general misdemeanor, and upon proper complaint and conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in § 1-4-l.
