§ 152.46  CORRECTION OF MENACING PROPERTY.
   Whenever the Building Inspector determines that any land or any existing excavation or fill has become a menace to persons or health, endangers any public or private property, or affects the safety, usability, or stability of any public way, the owner or other person in possession of the property on which the excavation or fill exists shall, upon receipt of written notice thereof from the Building Inspector correct the condition creating the menace or danger or affecting the public way.  The owner or other person in possession of the property shall do so in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the requirements and conditions set forth in the notice, provided that the requirements and conditions represent reasonable implementation of the provisions of this chapter.
