§ 152.19  REPORTING TO BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   The person to whom any permit is granted shall report to the Building Inspector when he is ready to begin work under the permit and shall so report not less than two days before the work is begun.  He shall also report to the Building Inspector when all rough grading has been completed; when excavations are complete and ready for retaining and crib walls; when reinforcing steel is in place and concrete is ready to be poured; and when all work, including installation of all drainage and other structures, has been completed, and shall so report immediately upon completion of each such stage of work.
