§ 94.04  INDECENT OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person shall injure, deface, disturb, remove or damage any park property or any building, sign, equipment or other property found therein.
   (B)   No person, while using the recreation areas of the city, shall conduct himself in a manner as to endanger the safety or well being of other persons lawfully using those facilities.
   (C)   No person while on park property shall engage in indecent, disorderly, or turbulent behavior or engage in any conduct that disturbs the peace or good order of the patrons or community surrounding the park property.
   (D)   No person shall remain within the parks who do not abide by conditions adopted and posted by the city for the preservation of good order and protection of property within the parks.
   (E)   No person shall remain or fail to leave any park premises when so directed by the City Manager, his or her agent, or any law enforcement official. Any person directed to leave a park shall do so promptly and peaceably.
   (F)   No person shall play at games of chance, or be drunk, or do any indecent, lascivious, lewd, or improper act on or within park grounds.
   (G)   No person shall play a radio or any sound amplified device so loud as to be an annoyance to other people in the parks or to residents residing near the parks, except for performances or events authorized by the City Manager through the written application process.
   (H)   No trees, flowers, shrubs, rocks or other minerals shall be removed, injured, or destroyed.
