(A) Dogs and cats shall be permitted within city parks provided they are restrained on a leash at all times. Dogs and cats are not allowed on athletic fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, batting cages, play areas, and shelters. Any animal causing a disturbance or deemed vicious may be required to vacate the park immediately.
(B) It shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner, harborer, or keeper of any dog or cat to remove any fecal matter deposited by said animal within city parks.
(C) Horses, cattle, and other domestic animals (excluding dogs and cats) are prohibited in city parks unless written permission from the City Manager has been obtained.
(D) No person shall hunt, trap, molest, disturb, or injure any animals or birds located within the confines of any city park.
