(A) No person shall drive, propel, or park any motor vehicle, mini bike, motorcycle or other motorized vehicle on the walking trails or any unpaved portion of the parks.
(B) No person shall drive any motor vehicle, mini bike, motorcycle or other motorized vehicle in excess of ten miles per hour in park parking lots or on park roadways.
(C) Parking of motor vehicles is permitted only in the designated parking areas and only during hours when the park is open. Vehicular parking is prohibited during hours when the park is closed. No motor vehicles or motor assisted vehicles shall be stored on any park property.
