(A) All city-owned parks and playgrounds shall be open from dawn to dusk daily (excluding picnic shelters), unless posted otherwise. Persons reserving the picnic shelters must leave the shelters and park premises by 10:00 p.m. unless written permission from the City Manager has been obtained.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or trespass onto any land designated as a Recreation Park by the city between dusk and dawn except for purposes of official business or with the express consent of the City Manager or his or her designee.
(C) Picnic shelters may only be reserved by city residents and businesses, civic, fraternal, religious, and service organizations located within the city's corporate limits. The individual reserving the shelter must be present at the shelter during the reservation period.
(D) Fees (including security deposits) for use of park facilities may be charged as determined by the City Manager.
(E) No person shall injure, damage, or destroy any trees, equipment, or other property of the city located within any recreation areas.
