Village Property

107.01   Fee for bank-run gravel.

107.01 FEE FOR BANK-RUN GRAVEL.

   (a)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to sell bank-run gravel from Village owned land as the Mayor determines appropriate.

   (b)    The Clerk-Treasurer shall charge one dollar ($1.00) per ton for such material as may be acquired by private contractors.

107.02 ADDRESSED LABELS.

   (a)   The fee for obtaining addressed labels to Village residents is thirty dollars ($30.00) per mailing plus current cost of labels, starting January 1, 1997, with the exception of the Silver Lake Garden Club and Silver Lake Historical Society, which perform certain services for the Village. The fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each mailing, plus current cost of labels for such organizations. Village addresses are not for sale.

   (b)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to charge the above fees for each mailing list. (Ord. 3-1984. Passed 1-16-84.)

107.03 FEE FOR SERVICES BY VILLAGE EMPLOYEES: USE OF MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT AND PARTS AND MATERIALS USED.

   (a)   The rate charged to third parties for all services performed by Village employees shall be:

(1)   Supervisor: Fifty-one dollars ($51.00) per hour.

(2)   Laborer (each one): Thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($37.50) per hour.

    A minimum charge of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) shall be made for each separate service.

   (b)   The rate charged to third parties for each unit of motorized equipment shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per unit per hour, except the VacAll, which shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour or any portion of an hour. All equipment must be operated by qualified Village personnel, for which there shall be an additional charge according to subsection (a) hereof. There shall be a minimum charge for one hour service for each separate service performed.

   (c)   The charge for all parts and material used shall be at Village cost plus one hundred percent (100%). (Ord. 47-1984. Passed 6-4-84.)
