(B) Any vehicle or equipment parked in violation of division (A) above may be towed at the expense of the owner and/or operator of that vehicle or equipment. The penalty for the violation is a fine up to the sum of $250 and each day the vehicle is parked in violation of division (A) above shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) (1) Any person who violates any provision of this schedule where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 72.99.
(2) Any person violating Ordinance 94-0701 shall be subject to a $10 fine payable to the city or, if enforcement is necessary through the County District Court, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.

(A) No commercial truck shall be permitted to park or stand in the following locations for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise or products except for temporary delivery or pickup of merchandise or products.

(B) (1) No person shall park or allow the parking of any commercially licensed truck or any other truck, trailer, semi-trailer, tractor, recreational vehicle, camper, boat, house trailer, mobile home, motor home, or any other type of vehicle greater than one ton capacity within the right-of-way along the following locations in the city limits. However, such type parking is permissible for up to an hour when the vehicle is loading or unloading.
