(A) No commercial truck shall be permitted to park or stand in the following locations for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise or products except for temporary delivery or pickup of merchandise or products.

(B) (1) No person shall park or allow the parking of any commercially licensed truck or any other truck, trailer, semi-trailer, tractor, recreational vehicle, camper, boat, house trailer, mobile home, motor home, or any other type of vehicle greater than one ton capacity within the right-of-way along the following locations in the city limits. However, such type parking is permissible for up to an hour when the vehicle is loading or unloading.

(2) Any vehicle parked in violation of division (B)(1) above may be towed at the expense of the owner and/or operator of that vehicle. The penalty for the violation of this provision is a fine up to the sum of $250 and each day the vehicle is parked in violation of this provision shall constitute a separate offense.
