The allowable density is thirty-five to forty-five dwelling units per acre. A maximum of ninety dwelling units shall be permitted in multi-family buildings distributed and located in substantial compliance with the conceptual site plan below and on file with the office of the city clerk, or as administratively approved by the director pursuant to the provisions of this subpart.
