20.16.050   Prohibited uses.
   The following uses are expressly prohibited in the PD-2 district:
   A.   Commercial uses;
   B.   Industrial uses;
   C.   Agricultural uses not specifically listed as permitted;
   D.   Hospitals and sanitariums.
