The City Manager or his or her designee may immediately suspend or revoke a contractors registration for the balance of the calendar year or deny a renewal of registration certificate or issue stop work orders regarding any individual or entity with a certificate of registration if:
(a) The contractor fails to comply with the applicable requirements of all building codes as adopted by City ordinance or as regulated by the State of Ohio.
(b) The contractor fails to maintain liability insurance coverage as required by Section 1307.07.
(c) The contractor fails to maintain an account in good standing with the City Income Tax Department as required by Section 1307.08.
