(a) Before the Building Inspector issues a contractors registration under the provisions of this chapter and prior to each renewal thereof, each applicant for registration shall register with the Income Tax Department of the City of Sidney. Relevant proof of such registration shall, in the manner prescribed by the Tax Department, be provided to the Building Inspector.
(b) Failure to maintain an account in good standing with the Income Tax Department of the City of Sidney shall be cause for immediate suspension by the Building Inspector of the contractors registration. The determination of an account in good standing shall be made by the Income Tax Department of the City of Sidney, Ohio.
