(a) Storm water only accounts are defined as properties that do not utilize water and/or sanitary sewer services but do contain impervious area or hard surface and contribute directly or indirectly to the City’s storm water system as determined by the Director of Utilities.
(b) A copy of every permit issued by any City division for any new construction that does not utilize water and/or sanitary sewer services shall be sent to the Director of Utilities for a determination of whether storm water service fees apply.
