521.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates Section 521.02 and 521.09 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (b)   Whoever violates Section 521.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (c)   Whoever violates Sections 521.04, 521.05, 521.06, 521.07, 521.08 and 521.11 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (d)   Whoever violates Section 521.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

   (e)   Whoever violates Section 521.12 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense, a misdemeanor on a second offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree on each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed commenced each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (f)   Punishment shall be in accordance with Section 501.99.
