8-3-11: COMPATIBILITY:
With the exception of section 8-3-7 of this chapter, nothing in this chapter may be construed to abrogate or adversely affect the provisions of any lawful ordinance, regulation or resolution that is more restrictive than the provisions of this chapter or those of the Montana Code Annotated.
