1284.08 APPROVAL OF PLAN.

Once the person responsible for the plan has submitted the plan to the designated City officer, that officer shall forward said plan to the City Manager for review and approval. The City Manager may approve the plan, approve the plan with conditions or remand the plan for additional information.
