612.38 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.

Any place where alcoholic liquor is sold in violation of the provisions of the state Liquor Control Act or of this chapter is hereby defined to be a nuisance and may be abated and suppressed after charges are made by the Council and a hearing had thereon, pursuant to reasonable notice by registered or certified mail to the parties charged with maintaining such nuisance.
