612.13 CONSUMPTION UPON PREMISES WHERE SOLD.

No person shall drink any alcoholic liquors other than beer upon any premises where only beer is sold at retail; provided, that nothing contained in this section shall be construed to prohibit persons purchasing beer upon premises within which beer is lawfully sold for consumption on the premises from drinking such beer on said premises.
