1425.02 AMENDMENTS.

The following sections are hereby revised:

(a) Sections 101.1 - Cite as City of Sidney.

(b) Sections 103.5 - All fees shall be as specified in the Master Fee Schedule as adopted by the City of Sidney and available from the City Clerk.

(c) Sections 112.4 - The amounts shall be not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200).

(d) Section 302.4 - The height as specified in Chapter 678.

(e) Section 304.14 - April 1 through October 31.

(f) Section 602.3 - January 1 through December 31.

(g) Section 602.4 - January 1 through December 31.
