(a) Failure of the owner/developer/contractor to comply with this chapter shall result in an immediate suspension of all development work and/or construction. Such work shall cease until all required corrections have been made to the satisfaction of the City and/or Engineer. In addition to the work suspension the City may impose a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for each day of non-compliance.
(b) The owner/developer/contractor shall be solely liable for all costs and work required to correct damage to adjacent property, streets, alleys or any other property that is damaged by a failure to comply with this chapter.
(c) Failure to comply with items listed in Section 1076.05 shall result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for each day of non-compliance in addition to suspension of building permit.
