1076.03   EROSION CONTROL.
   (a)   The subdivider/developer shall be required to provide for the control of erosion of the areas of the subdivision or other land development which are disturbed by the development.
   (b)   The subdivider/developer shall submit a storm water pollution and prevention plan (SWPPP) as required by the State for all construction sites that disturb greater than one acre of land or which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturbs greater than one acre and obtain a construction site to waters NPDES permit. The subdivider/developer shall also submit the required SWPPP to the City for review and approval. No construction activities shall take place prior to approval of the SWPPP by the State and City.
   (c)   Measures to control erosion may include temporary terraces on slopes, temporary silting basins, sod swales and spillways, and whatever may be necessary to prevent erosion and damage to adjacent properties from surface drainage as approved by the State and City.
